Wow wow wow!! I am so glad I found NICO PRO Construction! If you are looking for someone to completely redo your bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, or anything on the exterior (stained concrete, low voltage lights, turf, siding, anything and everything), I would highly recommend Nick and his guys to do the job. With a decent price (most companies i found overprice their work), NICO PRO was able to use high quality materials to create a completely new house! If you don’t know exactly how to remodel your home, they will design and recommend the style that is just simply perfect, something i would’ve found only on google images or commercials. Thank you guys on job well-done!Also wanted to thank you for the great work at our church by remodeling the entire worship hall and Sunday school classrooms. Your expertise in design, management, safety, and renovation is outstanding. If I have a commercial job again, you guys will be my go-to. Great work and again, appreciate you all at NICO Pro!!

Our home needed remodeling. We called NICO PRO Construction and they were on the spot to help us. They gave us great ideas for kitchen layout and our kitchen has the best look it ever had right now. They also fully remodeled our bathroom, which has a fantastic look right now. Would definitely recommend NICO PRO Construction if you need any remodeling work around your house!

I didn’t like how my kitchen was divided with a wall from the living room which made it look dark. NICO PRO did a fantastic job removing that wall to make my kitchen open and look bigger. Now I have a bright white kitchen with so much light, which I love! I would definitely recommend NICO PRO if you are looking to renovate your kitchen!

Nico Pro Construction is the best contractor I have worked with in the 35 years I have lived in my home. I had extensive dry rot and some termite damage. They fixed everything! I am very pleased with the completed repair. They even fixed the latch on my gate. I was so pleased I had them paint it as well. Why look for another contractor? They were very thorough with their work in both the repair and painting. Their cleanup was outstanding. I've been bragging my house is now beautiful.

Very happy with the results of the project Nico Pro Construction did for me! I had them tear down an exterior wall and window, and insert an exterior door and light fixture. Then they perfectly matched the trim, textures, and interior walls such that it feels like the door has always been part of the house. They were very responsive and on top of everything which made this project really quick. Attached photos are of the completed door and the window/wall before.

I had some dry rot around my house. I called NICO PRO Construction. They came on time and I really like how they explained what needs to be done and how much of dry rot needs to be repaired. I really liked how they inspected other areas of the house when the dry rot was taken down. The repairs look outstanding and I really like how my house looks refreshed now. Thank you NICO PRO Construction for making my house look great! I would hire them again and would recommend to anyone who has any dry rot around their house!

I had some dry rot in any area where my backyard deck joins to the house. I received a few quotes from various contractors to do the repair. Some of the other contractor's bids were quite vague and I didn't have a good feeling about their bid. In the case of Nico Pro, their bid was quite specific, and I felt good vibes about their bid and bidding process. I won't deny I was worried that once the obvious dry rot and the cause was revealed that I could legitimately be in for a never-ending disaster of more and more work that needed to be done. But in situations like mine that is always a realistic possibility.Nico Pro did find some additional areas that needed improvement, not because of dry rot, but because of how the deck interface was done in the very beginning, long before I bought the house. I could see it with my own untrained eyes and requested that they fix that problem as well. This did increase the cost to me somewhat, but it was legitimate and needed to be done.Nico Pro did a very good job on the repair and reassembly of my deck structure and I am very happy with their work. I will definitely consider them for future work that I know needs to be done at my house.

As soon as he came into out home that we were remodeling, he took a minute to walk around and brainstorm, then told me the best floorplan we could imagine. He said we can instal a beam to remove the wall between the kitchen and living room, opening up the space substantially, then placing the closets in the bedrooms in such a way, that he even was able to make a mini walk in closet in the master bedroom! These people definitely know what they are dealing with! 👍🏻

Nikolay and his crew is very knowledgeable and professional builders. They’ve done a very extensive and complicated project for me, and done an absolutely amazing job! I sent out a couple of requests for an estimate for dry rot repair. I was quickly contacted by Nico Pro Construction. I set up an appt. and Nazariy came out for my estimate. He arrived on time and soon after I received a detailed estimate with photos of areas in need of repair. Nazariy was great to work with and the crew was quick and professional. I would use them again.

Called in Nico Pro Construction for remodel of master bathroom shower. Discovered dry rot which was a real set back. Nazariy, Irina and Alex are a fantastic team that took on the repair and restoration with lightning speed and professionalism. Interior and exterior restoration was perfect, including window replacement and stucco. When the City Inspector says this is good work, you know you have excellent craftsmen. Highly recommend.

My parents had old house when we start the remodelling we could not decide where to start! As we contact NICO Pro Construction, Nick came with a-lots of great ideas! We did a kitchen remodel, a lot of new cabinets was added with big island , the ceiling raised 8", from the bedroom make a big living room with open space, change all the floors, rooms got new look with new pain and texture on the walls, bathrooms completely remodel ! The house became as a brand new and so modern!Also we started remodeling in our house we call Nick and he came with in 15 minutes, again with great ideas, design and layout of the kitchen, move the slide door so the kitchen will have more cabinets and bigger island, replace the stairs and lots of different suggestions! We couldn't be happier with the result! NICO Pro Construction is the best in class and I would recommend them to anyone looking for remodelling anything in your house!

Nico Pro-Construction did a fantastic job on several of our projects. We have an additional dwelling unit, they framed out a bedroom and connected a bedroom within the ADU, now it’s a 2 bedroom. They also remodeled the bathroom, added LV flooring, added full-size washer & dryer hookup, reconfigured the storage area, painted the entire unit, & added a glass entry door to bring in natural light into the room instead of creating a window, which would be costly. The ADU remodel turned out great, I’m really happy how it turned out. In the main house they enlarged a small master walk-in closet by taking a bedroom next door creating a huge walk-in master closet 🤗, installed porcelain tile flooring in the family room, created a hearth for our wood burning stove & replaced all of the ugly fans. I highly recommend Nico Pro-Construction, they did a fantastic job on all of our projects, very professional & the workmanship was great👍🏻😁

Hired Nico pro for remodeling of the full house after eviction. House was converted from a total mess to a beauty on the block! Job well done, and no surprises on the budget!
