We are laying the groundwork for another fully furbished ADU!
Over the next few months this backyard will be transformed into a comfortable dwelling area. We have already trenched the plumbing and footings, and are getting everything ready for a new foundation! We will soon lay the gravel base, vapor barrier, and rebar reinforcements, finishing the foundation with a new concrete slab! Can you see the vision?
