Since our last update, we’ve:
- Removed and replaced the entire roof with brand-new shingles
- Installed new stucco backing to prep the exterior
- Completed rough electrical, plumbing, and ventilation inside the extension
With the structure protected from the weather, we’re now preparing for stucco application outside and drywall installation inside. This phase brings the project one step closer to becoming a finished, comfortable, and functional part of the home.
